I’ve always heard great things about Weight Watchers from friends who have successfully lost weight through their program, but I’ve never tried anything related to the Weight Watchers brand. Recently Weight Watchers sent me a coupon to try out one of their dessert offerings and I went straight for the one item that seemed to have the most bang for the “points”: the Giant Fudge Bar!
With a points value of just 1 (and I’m assuming that is particularly awesome, but again, I am not enrolled in a Weight Watchers program so I’m no expert, I just love ice cream), the Giant Fudge Bars are delicious and aren’t wimpy. You know how some popsicles or frozen treats are just, well, small? Not so with Weight Watchers’ Giant Fudge Bars. I’ve got a sweet tooth and I’m trying to lose about 5…OK OK 10 dammit…pounds before we go to St. Augustine, Florida, later this month and I don’t feel guilty if I treat myself to one of these chocolate frozen bars.
Each bar is made of rich low-fat chocolate ice cream and contains just 110 calories and 1 gram of fat. If you’re trying to watch your weight and you don’t want to give up your nightly summer ice cream, then these are great to curb the chocolate and sweets craving.

Do you have any favorite summer frozen treats that taste good, but aren’t high calorie?
