“I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Nutri-Grain. I received a promotional item as a thank you for participating.”
Typically my breakfast during the work week matches my morning mantra…go, go, go! My 3rd grader catches the bus every morning by 7:30 and my 6th grader needs to be ready by 8 and my husband and I head to work by 8 as well. I need something simple and portable that I can grab and go, but I want a nutritious breakfast that will stick with me.
I’ve been making smoothies as often as I can in the mornings, but some days are crazier than others and I need a grab and go option. It’s easy for me to grab breakfast on the go thanks to Kellogg’s new Nutri-Grain Fruit & Oat Harvest Cereal Bars. They contain 4 grams of protein and are made with a combination of real fruit and whole grains to help fuel you for your busy day. Nutri-Grain® Fruit & Oat Harvest Cereal Bars are available in two yummy flavors: Country Strawberry and Blueberry Bliss. I’m not really a fan of typical cereal bars, but these are made with the fruit on top so they have a really great flavor that’s not overwhelmingly bready like your typical cereal bar.
I love the convenience of the Nutri-Grain® Fruit & Oat Harvest Cereal Bars and the fact that I can keep an extra stash at my office. My girls and I loved the blueberry variety the best. I actually had to ask my 6th grader to limit herself to ONE bar a day, she loved them so much! They also make a healthy after school snack choice for my kids.

I am so glad I discovered these all-new Nutri-Grain® bars. Each box includes 5 bars and sells for under $4, which is a great bargain, considering my office morning commute is very close to several fast food restaurants and coffee bistros where I can easily spend $5 a pop on just one breakfast.
