It’s my last month to participate in the Switch & Save Challenge blogger challenge and I’ve been enjoying testing out all the great products Arm & Hammer offers for the entire house, and not just the kitchen.
Last week I told you about the Arm & Hammer Spinbrush Proclean. I had braces as a kid for years and a retainer and it was drilled into me (pardon the dental pun) that brushing my teeth after every meal is absolutely necessary for good dental health. Those days of visiting the orthodontist office and having my braces tightened still haunt me. I prefer soft bristles for two reasons. One, it feels more gentle to your gums. Two, brig a dental assistant in the past have learned the damage too firm of bristles and brushing can cause gum damage.
