We have been fans of Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce for years. Our good friend Brad, who grew up in Vandalia, Illinois, introduced us to this great tasting sauce and I always keep a bottle of it in our refrigerator.
Country Bob’s is great on steak, hamburger, chicken, fries, and barbecue and we like it on porkchops and pork tenderloin, too. Here in Nashville it’s available at our neighborhood Kroger and WalMart stores, but you can also buy it online at the Country Bob’s website. Bob Edson perfected the original sauce in 1968, but didn’t start selling it until 1977.
If you’re looking for a reasonable priced Christmas gift this year for your favorite cook, check out the seasonal specials online. I think the gift pack for $21 that features a bottle of Country Bob’s original sauce, as well as the spicy and barbecue sauce and a container of the seasoning sauce.
Wanna try it before you buy it? If you sign up online for the Country Bob’s newsletter, they will mail you a coupon for a free bottle of the original all purpose sauce.
