American Girl Read-a-palooza Giveaway

This giveaway is over. The winner is Nessa who commented, “I would love to get my daughter The Feelings Book – The Care & Keeping of Your Emotions.” Congrats to Nessa and thanks to everyone who entered!

We kicked off summer with a trip to our local library. Reading is a great way to keep my girls busy over the summer and engaged in some unplugged time!

This summer, American Girl is inviting girls and moms to discover the joy of reading while helping a great cause! Read-a-palooza provides girls with fun activities and incentives to inspire them to keep their reading skills sharp and encourage engagement in a variety of different literacy activities! In addition, Read-a-palooza will be contributing to Save the Children through a book purchase donation. From now through September 3, $1 from every book purchased from American Girl will benefit Save’s U.S. Literacy Program.

Click here to participate in Read-a-palooza. Girls can download colorful bookmarks and other fun information such as tips and materials for starting a book club. They’ll also be able to do reading challenges and take fun, interactive quizzes. American Girl retail stores will be offering reading events all summer! Click here for the schedule.

One lucky Blonde Mom Shops reader will receive an assortment of American Girl books to help finish out summer! American Girl offers a great selection of books related to their wonderful dolls, as well as fun activity books and guides. We received an assortment of new titles from American Girl and here are a couple of favorites.

Love this title for my soon to be middle schooler.

A fun book filled with puzzles, challenges, and other great activities!

Simply visit the American Girl bookstore online and them come back and leave a comment here letting me know which book looks good to you.

For up to four additional entries to this giveaway (please leave a new and separate comment on this post for each of these you do):

I’ll select a winner from all eligible comments using Random.org; giveaway closes at midnight CST Friday, July 20. Giveaway is open to U.S. residents, ages 18 and up.

Disclosure: American Girl sent me a set of books as a thank you for hosting this giveaway.
